Mommy Academy

1) Eligibility and Contest Period
• The "Loving Hands" Cpntest is open anyone who is of legal age and is a legal resident of the Philippines.

Employees of Mommy Academy, The Coca-Cola Export Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising agencies, dealers and retailers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
• The Contest starts on July 30, 2010 and ends September 30, 2010.

2) Contest Entries
• The Contestants shall be permitted to participate in the Contest via the use of the Mommy Academy website only.
• All entries must be via the online nomination form found in the aforementioned website and must be completed in full to qualify. Incomplete nomination forms will not be considered.
• Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation reserve the right to reject any entry form at their sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

3) Submission of Entries
• Upon submitting an entry to this contest, you hereby confirm that the particulars of the nominee provided by you, are to be best of your knowledge, true and have not willfully suppressed any material fact.
• The Contest nominator(s) acknowledges that he has sufficient permission of the nominee(s) featured in the Contest Entry to be able to grant to Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation the right to publish his story and photographic submission online, and in other PR releases, and hereby grant to Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation such right.
• If you submit an entry nomination for this contest, you irrevocably assign Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation all right, title and interest in such entry without the right to any compensation or royalties from Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation. Further, you irrevocably waive and agree never to assert any claims against Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation with respect to the entry nomination that you submit or provide to Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation.
• All contest entries must be received in the required format before the advertised closing date. Neither Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation is responsible for printing of typographical errors in any material relating to the "Loving Hands" promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.
• The Submission of Entry Nominations will start on July 30,2010 and end at 12 midnight of August 28, 2010.

4) Selection of Winners
• Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation reserve the right to convene a pre-selection panel to determine the top entries/nominees for the final round of the contest.
• All entries will be available for online viewing starting August 29, 2010 to September 30, 2010.
• Members of the general public will be given the right to vote for their favorite entry.
• The Online Voting of Entries will start on August 29, 2010 and will close on 12 midnight on September 30, 2010.

5) Voting of Entries
• Any decision made by Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation on voting arangements and validity will be final.
• Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network or line, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
• Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation shall be entitled to make whatever decision they deem appropriate in respect of elimination of a contestant in the event of technical failure of any voting system or malfunction or any other problem in any network or line, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
• In the unlikely event of a tied vote in respect of the elimination of any contestant Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation shall be entitled to eliminate a contestant in whatever manner that Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation decide.
• This decision will be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Any viewer who, in the opinion of Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, attempts to tamper with or inappropriately influence any part of the voting or interfere with or manipulate voting procedure may be disqualified from further participation in the voting. The decision of Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation in this regard is final and conclusive.

6) Judging of Entries
• The decision of the judges concerning the selection of winners, as well as other matters relating to this Contest, is final and binding. No correspondence shal be entertained.

7) Notification of Contest Winners
• Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation reserve the right to use any other method or medium that deems fit at their sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing Contest Winners.
• Contest Winners will be required to give their contact details (i.e. name, address, phone/mobile number) and other details deemed necessary and relevant upon joining the contest.
• Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation reserve the right to forefeit prizes for any Contest Winner who does not provide the required details upon receiving request/notification from Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation.
• Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation reserve the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Contest winner(s) to fulfill the delivery of prizes and Contestants agree that Mommy Academy and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation may provide all necessary information of Contest Winner(s) to such third party to facilitate such service.
